Powerful Vested Interests Move Against Katter.

Recent moves by powerful vested interests underpinning the media, the major political parties, and the 'top end of town' in this country, to destroy the credibility and electoral chances of Katter's Australian Party reveal some essential home truths. First, they mirror the way they also crucified Hanson's One Nation. Second they reflect a determination to silence and derail  Katter's party, which has the potential to spark a major Australian 'people's power' movement which could well threaten the operations of many powerful but questionable interests in this country heavily involved in siphoning off profit and Australian resources overseas. Third, such actions also reveal the essential differences between the Coalition, the ALP and Katter's Australian Party. The Coalition and the ALP are virtually one and the same, and row for the same captain - that is private corporate capital. The Coalition stands above all for profit for powerful business interests much of it foreign with little regard for true Australian interests. The ALP above all stands for jobs for unionists and thus similarly allies again with vested, generally foreign corporate capital with little regard for Australia's interests. Katter's Australian Party, however, is vastly different and hence poses a threat to foreign capital. The Australian Party's primary political stand is not for selfish profit, or jobs regardless of principle, instead it stands for the protection of Australian social values and Australia's essential interests i.e. Australian resources, companies, the environment and a basic, decent Australian way of life for all Australians (including health, education, employment etc). In 2012, ideology and politics is being re-injected into Queensland politics. So it is going to be an interesting election indeed watched not by just the rest of Australia, but also in many boardrooms in New York. London, Tokyo, Beijing and the Middle East.

Katter's Australian party Offers Clear Choice from the Majors!

_Katter's Australian party Offers Clear Choice from the Majors!

With the State Election looming, for the first time in years we have a party offering a real clear ideological and political alternative to Labor and LNP both of which have no real differences at all. Both LNP and Labor support the operation of major foreign interests in oil, agribusiness, and supermarket chains apparently over local Australian interests. Both support CSG production which will destroy our environment for the profit of foreigners. Both are happy to sell off our vital public utilities and assets .i.e. our railroads and our electricity. Both are also full of politicians it appears who lack ideology and vision for Queensland and Australia. In fact, they seem more intent on pursuing their own selfish self-interest and political ends than serving the public good for the people of Queensland. Katter's Australian Party is a welcome addition to our political landscape and should do well come election day. After all, it is the only one which appears determined to save Australia for Australians.

WHAT'S HAPPENED TO OUR NATIONAL POLITICAL LEADERSHIP?

WHAT'S HAPPENED TO OUR NATIONAL POLITICAL  LEADERSHIP?
I can't beleive what's happening in this country. Politics at our national level has steadily degenerated to a low-life political circus. But at what cost? We now have three national leaders, the PM, the Leader of the Opposition and the ex-PM, all totally consumed with their own ego-driven, self-interest, personal rivalries and quest to either seize or hold on to power at all costs. But what about Australia, what about national leadership, and what about our national institutions?  All are now pawns in this very public battle for naked personal self-interest, and at what cost to our nation, our people and future generations of Australians? Time we got rid of them all!

Gina Rinehart Sell Off of Australian Resources Sickening.
It was with great alarm that I read that Gina Rinehart is further enriching herself to the tune of $10 billion dollars by selling off Australian resources to South Korea. It absolutely disgusts and sickens me that just one single woman should have the right to possess and sell off Australian resources lying in Australian soil, resources that should belong to all Australians as a matter of birthright. They are Australian resources, not Rinehart’s resources. The sooner we become more economically nationalist and stop this rort the sooner we will be able to stop the sell off of Australia to foreign interests.
